The LCSWMD has decided to end its Drop Off Recycling Program.  The site located at the Government Center in Crown Point was closed on May 14.  The site at Freedom Park in Lowell, which was scheduled to be reopened this summer, will not be reopening. 

Beginning June 1, remaining sites will be gradually closed with all sites closed by October 1, 2019.   Sites with the highest levels of illegal dumping and contamination will be closed first.  Residents without curbside recycling are encouraged to contact their garbage hauler for recycling options.  We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
