    Enviromobile

The Enviromobile travels to schools around Lake County providing environmental outreach programs focusing on Zero Waste, Reducing, Reusing, and Recycling.  Programs are designed for one classroom at a time, but teachers may register for their entire grade level. Programs typically run between 45-60 minutes in length.

The LCSWMD also offers Summer Enviromobile activities for day camps, libraries, YMCA programs, and various other summer programs.

Field trip @ the Environmental Education center

Join us for a full day of environmental education at the EEC!  Our educators will provide a day of quality, hands-on activities for your students.  Doors open at 10:00 am for registered field trip groups and programming concludes at 1:00 pm to allow time for your buses to return to their regular routes.  Students are encouraged to think about what it takes to pack a “zero-waste lunch” as lunch time and eating spaces are provided for sack lunches.  This destination is available to Lake County schools and groups (public, private, and homeschool ages preschool through adult) seeking a green experience. We look forward to hosting your group!
